About this Role

We are seeking a Taxation Expert to lead our taxation compliance functions with a focus on the real estate domain.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in taxation, real estate sector only

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and other compliances related to real estate taxation.

RERA Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RERA regulations and ensure adherence to all requirements.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of taxation professionals to achieve business objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management and external stakeholders, such as clients and regulatory bodies.
