Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting para-legal associates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of current laws and regulations.
  • Valid license to practice law.
  • Specific real estate knowledge, financial expertise, and investigative research skills.
  • Complete knowledge of laws and regulations governing the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, property management, and sales transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work.
