Job Title: Senior Associate TAX AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Data Analytics Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough analysis of tax requirements with customers to comprehend their tax data needs and reporting expectations.

  • Investigate tax data contained in the database to identify potential issues related to tax data transformation and reporting with existing data and proposed system tools.

  • Develop detailed specifications for each report, including technical specifications and a summary, to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.

  • Design and implement Alteryx workflows to automate tax data manipulation and generate outputs aligned with customer requirements.

  • Develop dynamic reports that enable end users to filter and aggregate defined parameters according to their needs, as well as create custom reports.

  • Establish report subscriptions, dashboards, and other visualizations to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Proactively identify and communicate project dependencies, issues, risks, and barriers to completion, escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders and supervisors as necessary.

  • Assess how workflow decisions impact report requirements and execute solution designs communicated by project engagement leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

  • Able to manage multiple projects while meeting expectations and delivering high-quality results.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Delivering data analytics and intelligence solutions in a Tax environment.

  • 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx, SQL Server, Power Query, and Power BI.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
