Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Creative Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with us in creating high-quality visual content. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing promotional materials, including product catalogues, banners, and other marketing assets.

  • To design multipage promotion product catalogues (for print and digital media) based on product information content and images provided by the customer.
  • The success of our time bound promotional activities depends on timeliness and high quality of output.
  • The visual appeal of output is important to attract customers to our brand.
  • We require a creative specialist who can understand customer requirements and develop output based on set templates and customer needs.
  • The specialist should be able to develop a high-quality output keeping time and production constraints in mind.
  • The candidate should be comfortable working with foreign languages and foreign customers.
  • The specialist will prepare mock-ups and present to customers before deciding on a final design/concept when a new layout is requested.
  • The specialist will collaborate with team members to develop different output types.
  • The specialist will adhere to the customer's brand identity and guidelines.
  • The specialist should be a keen learner to try new tools/ideas to help increase efficiency of the design process.
  • The specialist will communicate with internal and external stakeholders about ideas, progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
  • The specialist will do a self-review of all output to ensure it meets highest quality standards and follows all graphics standards before being sent for internal quality checks.
  • The specialist should have experience in creating designs for print and digital media.
  • The specialist should be able to multi-task and work on multiple outputs at the same time under time constraints.
  • The specialist will take complete ownership of the deliverable from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must have at least 1-year hands-on experience in creating product catalogues using Adobe InDesign.
  • The candidate must have knowledge of creating high-quality printing data of deliverables.
  • The candidate must be a skilled user of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • The candidate must have a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • The candidate must be able to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • The candidate must have good communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and the customer.
  • The candidate must be mindful of customer's needs and the time associated with what is being delivered.

Additional Information:

We believe in an open culture where our team members are encouraged to share and implement innovative ideas. However, 65% of the work involved will be related to working within a set framework (templates + process), but 35% of the work will involve creativity in terms of new designs/concepts/layout creation.

We will provide complete freedom to the candidate to design the output, but the concept should be in-sync with customer requirements and with appropriate line managers' consent.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about creating visually appealing content and has a strong understanding of design principles. They will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
