Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Xactly solutions expert to lead the implementation of incentive compensation solutions for our clients.

This role involves collaborating with client stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-implementation support.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
