
Human Resources Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- We seek an individual with expertise in end-to-end recruitment for all plant-level roles, including blue-collar and staff positions.
- Liaising with local contractors and labor vendors to source the necessary manpower supply.
- Deliver comprehensive employee onboarding and induction sessions to ensure a smooth transition into our organization.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Addressing grievances of workmen and staff, ensuring timely resolution through constructive dialogue and problem-solving.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions (if applicable) through open communication and collaboration.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with finance and vendors for timely payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, etc., to minimize risks and avoid penalties.
- Manage statutory returns, inspections, and audits to maintain regulatory adherence.
- HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Prepare regular HR MIS reports to provide insights into organizational performance and trends.
- Handle documentation related to offer letters, confirmations, separations, and other HR-related matters.
- Performance & Training
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions to enhance employee capabilities and productivity.
- Proven experience in HR management, particularly in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and union representatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant certifications and training.
