Production Optimization Expert

We are seeking an experienced Production Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key player, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, helping clients optimize their operations and achieve excellence.

  • Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability.
  • Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
  • Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
  • Plan activities, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • Conduct solution product demonstrations, POCs, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates suitable for customer budgetary requirements.
Technical Requirements:
  • Primary skills: Technology, Industrial IoT, Embedded Software, MES.
  • Desirable skills: Domain - IOT ALL.
  • Experience in Discrete Manufacturing domain.
  • Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with ability to collaborate.
  • Client Interfacing skills.
  • Project and Team Management.
