Business Process Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Process Specialist to manage our back-office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining billing and collections processes, collaborating with clients, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and collections processes to optimize revenue cycle management
  • Work closely with clients to provide personalized services and optimize super-bills
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Minimum 25 wpm typing speed with 97% accuracy
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with clients
