
Back Office Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Process Specialist to manage our back-office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining billing and collections processes, collaborating with clients, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and collections processes to optimize revenue cycle management
- Work closely with clients to provide personalized services and optimize super-bills
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization or equivalent experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Minimum 25 wpm typing speed with 97% accuracy
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Process and Outsourcing skills
- Diploma in Any Specialization
- B.Pharma in Any Specialization
- B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization
- B.Com in Any Specialization
