We are seeking a visionary RPA technologist to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability
  • Design reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance models for RPA implementations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust RPA solutions
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Integrate RPA with cloud environments, leveraging expertise in virtualization and orchestration
  • Document solution architecture and technical designs
  • Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement attended & unattended automation with legacy system integration
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, exceptions, and deployment issues
  • Optimize bot efficiency, resource utilization, and exception handling
Requirements:
  • At least 8–10 years' experience in RPA with proven Solution Architecture responsibilities
  • Expertise in UiPath platform architecture and ecosystem—mandatory
  • Hands-on practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization concepts, and Kubernetes orchestration (good to have)
  • Clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale RPA solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills—able to confidently articulate and sell technical concepts
  • Knowledge of OCR tools, AI/ML models, and GenAI
  • Should have knowledge on API implementation
