Our organization is seeking an experienced individual to create, build, and deploy a comprehensive automation system. The role focuses on integrating tools into a seamless workflow, streamlining business operations.

The primary objective of this position is to replace manual processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.

  • Develop document automation solutions (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).\
  • Configure and optimize CRM systems (fields, automations, deal stages).\
  • Automate document generation (Google Docs → PDF → email → Drive storage).\
  • Integrate e-signature workflows using API integration.\
  • Automate onboarding workflows for property management tools.\
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.\
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).\
  • Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.\
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.\
  • Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, plus training for internal users.\

    • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.\
    • Strong knowledge of CRM integrations and app workflows.\
    • Experience with Google Workspace automation.\
    • Familiarity with Property Management tools.\
    • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.\
    • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.\
    • Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.\
