  • Work from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in migration projects and cloud transformation. This role requires both technical ability and leadership skills to mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver successful cloud transformation projects.
  • Manage and optimize Exchange Online environments, including migrations, hybrid setups, and mail flow troubleshooting.
  • Administer and secure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including identity lifecycle, conditional access, and role-based access control.
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor to the team, providing guidance, training, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with organizational needs, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365 services for performance, reliability, and security.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively introduce improvements to the environment.

Required Skills & Experience

">
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on M365 / Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations, Microsoft Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra (Azure AD).
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks within M365.
  • Proven experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-400, MD-102, or equivalent are highly desirable.
