Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our digital analytics team and drive business growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, experimentation, and digital metrics, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital analytics strategies to improve customer experiences and acquisition journeys.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the health and success of the digital ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering skills in analytics, experimentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, engineering, and global teams to align on priorities, define metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance.
  • At least 7 years of experience in analytics, with a strong focus on digital products or customer experience.
  • Proven success in leading digital analytics teams and delivering business results through advanced analytics and data integration.
  • Deep experience with statistical and modeling techniques, experimentation, and digital metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into structured solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • Experience working in global and cross-functional environments with the ability to influence and lead without authority.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term vision.
