Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company's website performance to improve user experience and SEO rankings.
- Plan and create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Track and report on website analytics, campaign performance, and digital marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Manage and oversee social media platforms, including paid campaigns, content creation, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and product, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram etc.) to meet business objectives and maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies when necessary, including ad networks and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to work on data-driven projects.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
