About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily site activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of production schedules.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless communication and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
