Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of the analytics team, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This includes leveraging subject areas and data models from Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or SCM depending on business needs. You will also build custom data models and enrichments within FAW/OAC for advanced reporting.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing SQL queries, data visualizations, and scheduled reports. Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting tools is also a critical aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM integration, preferably in a large global company.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM).
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion transactional data models.
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with KPI design, data storytelling, and user-focused dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
