We are seeking a skilled Mathematics Instructional Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content for mathematics courses.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent technical writing skills and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and terminology. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative content that meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing narrative scripts for educational videos that cater to university-level audiences.
  • Creating Table of Contents based on existing reference textbooks.
  • Reviewing and editing content to ensure mathematical accuracy and clarity.
  • Conducting research and interpreting technical mathematical information into clear instructional material.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Ph.D. in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Excellent written communication abilities and a high level of proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated willingness to employ innovative methods for effectively communicating complex mathematical concepts.
  • Experience in curriculum design, technical writing, or teaching at the university level.
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring visual communication skills to proficiently convey mathematical concepts.
