Accounting Leadership Role

To oversee the financial management of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and making informed decisions to drive business growth.

This role involves managing the company's accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting. It also includes preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as ensuring timely filing of tax returns and statutory audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial management systems and controls.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors and consultants.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and banking transactions.
  • Oversee statutory, internal, and transfer pricing audits.
  • Implement process improvements and maintain a strong control environment.
  • Work closely with Sales, Trading, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
  • Conduct regular finance-related checks at warehouses.
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualification: CA / Inter CA (preferred).
  • Experience: 3–7 years in Accounts & Finance within Sales & Trading / Manufacturing companies.
  • Hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing, GST, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and MIS Reporting.
  • SAP B1 / SAP Hana - Mandatory, Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Japanese company experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
