Cloud Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions through declarative and programmatic capabilities.

  • Salesforce Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Configuration & Customization: Ability to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline field operations, and align with business goals.
  • Data Management: Hands-on in data migration, integration, and governance ensuring data quality & consistency
  • Mobile Solutions: Experience with mobile apps to optimize field service operations
  • APIs & Integration: Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and experience integrating with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication to interact with business and technical stakeholders
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor Salesforce solution delivery across multiple projects
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, administrators, and business users
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ensure solutions meet business needs and end-user expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 10- 12 years of IT experience, with 10+ years in Salesforce implementations
  • Proven experience in Service Cloud & FSL architecture, configuration, and integration
  • Salesforce Architect certifications preferred
