Pharmaceutical Process Development Expert

This senior-level role is responsible for leading the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in formulation development, technology transfer, and scale-up.

  • The primary objective is to design and optimize manufacturing processes for regulated markets (US, Canada, EU) with technical improvements.
  • Evaluating manufacturing processes using Design of Experiments (DoE) and Quality by Design (QbD) principles is crucial for defining design space, control strategy, and identifying process risks.
  • A key responsibility includes screening manufacturing sites based on formulation and process complexity/feasibility.

The successful candidate will possess expertise in formulation development of various dosage forms, hands-on experience in technology transfer and scale-up, and a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, EMA, WHO.

This role requires 12-16 years of experience in pharmaceutical process development, with a focus on formulation development and research. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in this field and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
