This role will be a key contributor to the global communications team, responsible for managing and delivering projects to support scientific communication initiatives.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects and materials.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans and strategies that meet business objectives.

  • Providing project management support to ensure effective execution and tracking of project activities.

  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including scientists, medical writers, and other key partners.

  • Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in project deliverables.

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management and scientific communication.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, project management, or life sciences.

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project timelines and stakeholder needs.

  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

  • Familiarity with scientific writing and communication principles, including formatting and style guides.
