Job Description:

As a seasoned AWS administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provisioning and management of Amazon Connect instances using the AWS Management Console.
  • Monitoring and logging performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch.
  • Managing user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).

You will also be working on microservices integration, where you will be responsible for:

  • Executing backend code in response to events using AWS Lambda.
  • Coordinating microservices into serverless workflows using AWS Step Functions.

In addition, you will be working on Amazon Lex management, which involves:

  • Building conversational interfaces using voice and text with Amazon Lex.
  • Backend integration and handling fulfillment logic with AWS Lambda.
  • User authentication and authorization with Amazon Cognito.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for Amazon Kinesis data streaming, processing, and analysis. This includes:

  • Real-time data streaming using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams.
  • Processing data in real-time using AWS Lambda.

Lastly, you will be working on AWS Contact Lens analysis, which involves:

  • Analyzing customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens.
  • Converting speech to text using Amazon Transcribe.
  • Natural language processing and sentiment analysis using Amazon Comprehend.
  • Storing conversation transcripts and analysis results in Amazon S3.
Secondary Skills:
  • Knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, AWS Connect, and Oracle Acme SBC Gateway is a plus.
