Project Manager Luxury Villa Operations

This role oversees all pre and post-contract activities related to our residential luxury villa projects, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of pre and post-contract processes to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Leading project management initiatives to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
  • Managing vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners.
  • Negotiating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) and have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
