Expert Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our precast concrete manufacturing setup.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, auditing, and process improvement, with a strong background in civil engineering and the precast business.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality policies and procedures, overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
You will also lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians, provide guidance and training as required, and conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues, stay updated on industry best practices, and enhance quality processes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be highly organized with attention to detail, and have a proven track record of driving quality excellence in a similar role.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Full-time)
