The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to proactively improve the quality systems of our organization through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, managing and overseeing all quality aspects of the precast concrete manufacturing set-up, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures

- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of industry best practices and technological advancements.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years' relevant work experience in Precast Business
