Job Title: Artificial Intelligence User Experience Designer

Overview:

This position involves designing and developing user experiences for cutting-edge generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX design, a strong portfolio, and experience with generative-AI user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end experiences for AI-driven interfaces, conversational agents, and prompt-centric workflows.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate user flows, prompt interactions, agentic interfaces, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) modules.
  • Create interactive prototypes, run A/B tests, and iterate based on real user behavior and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain component libraries and style systems.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to inform AI behavior and trust in UI interfaces.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience in SaaS or enterprise-facing products.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including building interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, and collaborative libraries.
  • Strong visual and interaction design instincts, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design, user flows, and interfaces.
  • Experience with generative-AI user experiences, including prompt-based interactions, conversational flows, or agent interfaces.
