Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and program automation solutions using PLCs (S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500)
  • Configure and develop HMIs (WinCC, WinCC Comfort/Advanced) for industrial control systems
  • Develop and maintain SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling industrial processes
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance
  • Prepare project documentation including I/O lists, logic flow, and user manuals for complex automation projects
  • Integrate various field devices with PLCs using Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus protocols
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field for developing automation expertise
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages (Structured Text ST/FB) for PLC development
  • Familiarity with VFDs, sensors, actuators, and industrial control panels for automation design
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs for accurate automation implementation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving
