Operations Leadership Role

As a seasoned operations leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a high-performing team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and production teams, to guarantee timely project execution. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Customer Journey Ownership

You will own the customer journey from booking to handover, ensuring seamless delivery and high satisfaction ratings.

Issue Resolution and Escalation

Act as a key escalation point for region-specific issues, resolving them promptly while maintaining quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including installers, vendors, and product experts, to expedite issue resolution and empower your team members.

People Management and Development

Empower your team through people management, hire top talent, and enforce adherence to defined processes to provide a standardized customer experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Drive Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Resolution of Escalations.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A strong educational background from NIT, BITS, IIT, or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
  • 7-10 years of work experience in startups or operations roles within similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and navigate strategic alliances/business partnerships effectively.
