Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communication, and delivery on a daily basis.
  • Own the project and its deliverables, ensuring completion and direct communication with clients and stakeholders while defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documents, estimating resources and participants needed and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations ensuring clear and consistent communication channels.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans documenting all blockers, changes, and risks and maintaining a centralized tracker accessible to the client.
  • Define project success criteria, conduct project post-mortems, and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos.
  • Address blockers with the internal team to keep the project on track, ensuring all team members have necessary access to resources and send out client status reports summarizing project work, budget status, changes, risks, and action items.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers and conduct weekly internal meetings to review concerns and issues with leadership and planning.
  • Oversight of release management processes to ensure alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure smooth and efficient release processes conducting release readiness reviews and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
