Job Title: Indirect Taxation SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Indirect Taxation Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in GST laws, compliance, and advisory.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tax regulations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex issues and client engagements efficiently.

  • Manage all aspects of indirect taxation including preparation and filing of GST returns.
  • Provide expert advice on transaction structuring and complex GST matters.
  • Draft high-quality responses and submissions for audits, assessments, and litigations.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and prepare detailed client documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing GST compliances and ensuring timely submission of returns.
  • Providing expert guidance on GST laws and regulatory framework.
  • Developing and implementing effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
