Senior Oracle EPM Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to lead the delivery of enterprise-level performance management solutions across finance and accounting functions.

About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Oracle EPM cloud-based modules. As a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing EPM applications aligned with financial reporting and operational performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Oracle EPM cloud solutions such as EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS, or EPCM to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives.
  • Design and configure EPM applications to support financial reporting and operational performance goals.
  • Perform data integration, mapping, and validation across systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption of new solutions.
  • Participate in upgrade planning, patching, and optimization of EPM environments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions to improve overall system performance.
Requirements:
  • 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EPM cloud-based modules.
  • Expertise in one or more Oracle EPM cloud solutions (EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS, or EPCM).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and operational performance management principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and implement EPM applications aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience in data integration, mapping, and validation across systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
