About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead financial operations, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality financial reporting services. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in asset management and investor services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver accurate and timely financial services including financial statements, net asset values, capital accounts, distribution notices, and tax provisions.
  2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate audits.
  3. Manage client relationships and ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are met and exceeded.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Drive automation, efficiency, and cost improvements within processes.
  6. Lead and develop a high-performing team with structured career development and succession planning.
  7. Monitor and control operational risks by reviewing performance metrics and implementing a risk-based approach.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or equivalent; Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 8+ years in financial operations with strong exposure to asset management or hedge funds.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing teams within a matrix structure.
  • Strong analytical, financial reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
