**Process Engineer Opportunity**


Job Summary:

Swan Enterprises is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Optimization: Develop and optimize column internals, including trays, structured packings, random packings, distributors, and demisters, to improve mass transfer and separation processes.
  • Process Simulations: Conduct simulations and calculations for distillation, absorption, and stripping applications, ensuring high-efficiency solutions for clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with mechanical and production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing compatibility of internals, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to provide technical support and customer consultations.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports, datasheets, and proposals for clients, showcasing expertise in process engineering best practices.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 2-5 years of process design experience or equivalent in mass transfer or column internals manufacturing.
  • Optional Proficiency in process simulation tools such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or ChemCAD.
