AI/ML Engineer Position

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced AI/ML engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with deep learning frameworks, and expertise in natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by leading and guiding a team of engineers and data scientists.
  • Design, build, and deploy efficient machine learning models and end-to-end solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Implement end-to-end data science processes, including data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Manage and retrieve data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks.
  • Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
  • Follow Agile software development lifecycle practices consistently.
  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Conduct training, validation, and evaluation experiments, refining models based on statistical analysis and performance metrics.
Technical Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • 5+ years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks (Flask, Django) for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
  • Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket for software version control.

  • Logical reasoning and a hands-on approach to debugging and optimization.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
