Job Title

An experienced professional is sought to lead educational content creation and training for preprimary education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality, age-appropriate content for books, worksheets, and presentations that align with learning objectives and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Ensure content is engaging, pedagogically sound, and promotes learning and development in young children.
  • Review and edit existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the curriculum.
  • Regularly update and improve content based on feedback from teachers, educational trends, and new pedagogical approaches.
  • Conduct training sessions for teachers on effective implementation of developed content.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure teachers are comfortable with new materials and can deliver engaging lessons.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in preprimary education with hands-on knowledge of developing age-appropriate content.
  • Training experience with teachers or educators in a classroom setting.
