Job Title: Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging visual content and a strong understanding of storytelling principles.

Job Description:

As a Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for leading the pre-production process, including ideation, conceptualizing, and scripting for video campaigns. You will also be responsible for casting actors/models, coordinating on-ground production, and directing the shoot to ensure high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Casting: Identify 4 male and female actors/models as per script requirements with urban, millennial, Gen Z appeal and natural comic timing or expression strength.
  • Production: Coordinate all on-ground production, including booking a suitable studio, hiring a videographer + camera team, director, assistant, lighting and sound crew, and direct the shoot to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Post-Production: Edit the footage into 3 primary ad films in 2 formats, vertical (1080x1920) and horizontal (1920x1080), and include color grading, sound correction, and graphic/textual edits.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ability to create engaging visual content.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
