Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Design Engineer to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing complex electrical projects, applying their expertise and professional judgment.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of electrical designs, including distribution panels, lighting systems, cable management, and ELV systems. They should also be well-versed in NEC, CPWD international codes and practices.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects.

Mentorship is also an essential aspect of this role, as the successful candidate will be required to guide, train, and develop the skills of Mechanical engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design complex electrical projects">
  • Apply professional knowledge and judgment">
  • Conduct load estimation and voltage drop calculations">
  • Develop ELV systems, including fire alarm, PAVA, CCTV, and SCS">
  • Use software tools like Dialux and Amtech">
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical and management requirements">
  • Mentor and train Mechanical engineering staff">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from a recognized university">
  • Minimum 4-15 years of experience in consultant design and managing complex building services MEP Design">
  • Master's degree holders are given preference">
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with international clients and contractors">
  • Working knowledge of Auto CAD, REVIT-MEP, and Navisworks">
