The Role

We are looking for a Company Secretary Intern (Management Trainee) to join our team. The role will include:

  • Assistance in preparing and reviewing statutory documents.
  • Support in compliance with corporate governance requirements.
  • Preparation of forms and returns for filing with authorities.
  • Preparation of resolutions, letters, responses and other documents.
  • Support in convening of meetings.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and records.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on laws.
  • Collaboration with teams to ensure smooth operations.

This position requires excellent communication and drafting skills, strong attention to detail, good knowledge of interpretation of law, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, effective teamwork skills and quick initiative.
