Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PCB Design Engineer to design and develop high-quality PCB layouts, create schematic diagrams, and generate bill of materials. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement PCB designs that meet product specifications.

About the Role
  • Design and Develop PCB Layouts: Create complex PCB layouts that meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements using Altium PCB design software.
  • Create Schematic Diagrams and Bill of Materials: Develop accurate schematic diagrams and generate bill of materials for PCB production.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that PCB designs meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  • Perform Design Rule Checks and Signal Integrity Analysis: Conduct thorough design rule checks and signal integrity analysis to ensure the reliability and performance of PCB designs.
  • Generate Gerber and Assembly Files: Generate Gerber and assembly files for manufacturing, ensuring timely and efficient production processes.
  • Implement Design Changes and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve any design issues during prototyping and production stages, implementing necessary design changes to ensure product quality.
  • Stay Current with Latest Trends and Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest PCB design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve design efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Related Field: Possess a bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in electronic engineering principles.
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience in PCB Design: Have a minimum of 3 years experience in PCB design, showcasing expertise in PCB design software and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Altium PCB Design Software: Be proficient in Altium PCB design software, able to create complex PCB designs and manage projects efficiently.
  • Strong Understanding of PCB Fabrication Processes and Technologies: Possess a strong understanding of PCB fabrication processes and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing requirements.
  • Experience with Design Rule Checks and Signal Integrity Analysis: Have experience with design rule checks and signal integrity analysis, conducting thorough testing to ensure reliable and high-performance PCB designs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
