Job Title: Architectural Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team in an Architectural Intern role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare site measurement reports.
  • Support in preparing presentations and client proposals.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Research materials, products, and design trends.
  • Ensure design compliance with local building regulations and codes.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Arch or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Revit, Photoshop will be an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and design detailing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
