A Banking Operation Associate role is available.

Job Description
  • Analyze and execute the customer onboarding process by understanding standard operating procedures, document interpretation, and information capture into applications.
  • Follow all appropriate processes and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively in English with proper grammar and sentence structure.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational and administrative procedures to enhance process efficiency.
  • Participate in training programs based on business needs and attend team meetings regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0 - 3 years of experience in banking BPO is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Fenergo KYC platform is mandatory.
  • University degree or equivalent from an Accounting & Commerce background.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that require keyboard navigation and new software tools learning.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends.
  • Effective communication (oral/written) skills in English.
