Production Management Opportunity

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a production facility, ensuring safe behavior and implementing environmental health and safety protocols. The Production Manager will be accountable for driving timely production and dispatch of materials, maintaining smooth equipment operation, and conducting material resource planning to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive safe behavior culture and implement different EHS protocols
  • Ensuring timely production & dispatch of the materials as requested by the Sales team.
  • Ensuring smooth operation and process control of the equipment.
  • Material resource planning to maintain safety and target stock of all items used in the plant.
Profile Requirements:

A suitable candidate will possess a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering, with minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing Refractory/Chemical/Insulation products, specifically in operation & process controls of mixing and batching plants and boiler operation. Additionally, basic knowledge of SAP and familiarity with Tunnel Oven or Tunnel kiln processes are essential.

Competencies:
  • B.Tech / M. Tech (Chemical) with minimum experience of 7-10 years
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in manufacturing Refractory/Chemical/Insulation products.
  • Experience in operation & process controls of mixing and batching plant and boiler operation
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge on Tunnel Oven or Tunnel kiln process
