
Reception Manager

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to assume the role of Reception Manager at our state-of-the-art wellness center.
As the initial point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service and create an inviting atmosphere for clients from the moment they step in.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate client check-ins, scheduling, and coordination
- Promote our wellness services and packages, supporting sales conversions
- Manage calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with our team of health consultants, dietitians, trainers, and psychologists
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Background in hospitality, wellness, or customer service
- Sales-oriented mindset with client-first approach
- Professional grooming and strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in premium hospitality or wellness centers is highly desirable
