A pioneer in cloud and API-based tax automation technology seeks a Compliance Manager to drive compliance programs, manage external certifications, support customer assurance processes, and ensure organization-wide security governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit & Certification Management
  • Lead SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, coordinate with auditors, regulators, and certification bodies.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and evidence.
  • Customer & Regulatory Compliance
  • Respond to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests.
  • Review Data Protection Agreements, ensure ongoing data protection and privacy compliance.
Qualifications & Skills

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are highly valued.
  • Master's degree in information security, risk management, or MBA is preferred.

Certifications (preferred):

  • CISA
  • CISM or CRISC

Experience:

  • 5-7 years in information security, risk, compliance, or audit roles.
  • Strong experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, regulatory compliance.
  • Exposure to fraud risk management in payments/fintech is preferred.
