Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Talent Sourcer to support our Operations team in identifying potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging professional platforms, and ensuring a smooth pipeline for the Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles. You will utilize job boards and other professional platforms to identify suitable candidates, build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Interviewer Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential interviewers through job boards and professional networks.
  2. Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate interviewers' fit for specific roles, focusing on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers, ensure regular follow-ups, track and report sourcing activities and results.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities, provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics, suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment or HR operations is a plus.
