Drive Business Transformation as an SAP QM Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for SAP QM, aligning with client quality processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and configure inspection planning, results recording, notifications, and audits, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules, including Production Planning, Materials Management, and Sales and Distribution, to create a unified view of the organization.
  • Design and develop functional specifications, working closely with ABAP developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, UAT workshops, and support during hypercare to ensure successful system adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Maintain strict adherence to industry and internal quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP QM, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations under their belt.
  • Exceptional understanding of manufacturing and quality processes, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, with hands-on experience in SAP PP, MM, SD integration.
  • Superb communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
