About This Role

The Field Sales Executive at Fly2Infinity is a key position that drives sales and revenue growth by selling products and services directly to customers in the field. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness across the market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face sales presentations to potential customers to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company's overall success.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistency in messaging and strategies, and to drive sales growth across the organization.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and market intelligence to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Organize and attend product demonstrations and trade exhibitions to showcase Fly2Infinity's products and services and build brand awareness.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize prospects and opportunities, and to maximize sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to turn them into new business opportunities.
  • Adhere to sales strategies and best practices to ensure consistent sales performance and to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge and to stay ahead of the competition.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales or a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
