We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Capability Development team, who can lead and manage a portfolio of CD projects. This role is critical in transforming our processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and ever-evolving workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for digital CD and CoE projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and clear project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within the HR department and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Implement project management best practices to monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively manage project risks.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, including documentation, reports, and system enhancements.
- Support change management efforts related to digital HR projects, including communication plans and training for HR team members and end-users.
- Work with third-party vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring they deliver on project requirements.
- Utilize best practices and methodologies to guide project management activities.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness.
This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and technologies, along with proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital HR projects. Consulting background is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and technologies.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
