Cloud Content Developer Role

The role of Cloud Content Developer involves creating high-quality, customer-focused content for advanced software products. This includes comprehensive concepts, examples, tasks, reference information, and in-product guidance.

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong collaborative skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in leading technical documentation projects and enjoy continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Create best-in-class user content for customers.
  • Analyze specifications and product descriptions to recommend the best documentation approach.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand customer needs.
  • Lead technical documentation efforts with a small team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality user content.
  • Produce a range of deliverables, including concepts and tasks for networking features.
  • Follow established style and process guidelines to provide consistency and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical content.
  • 5+ years of experience producing technical content.
  • BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related degree.
  • Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools.
