We are seeking an accomplished sales & marketing executive who can effectively drive adoption of OncoTree, a healthcare technology platform designed to enhance practice efficiency and patient care among oncologists and cancer care institutions.

  1. Your key responsibilities will include developing targeted outreach strategies to engage oncologists and cancer hospitals, conducting product demos, articulating the value proposition of OncoTree, managing relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology ecosystem, driving user onboarding, and collaborating with the product team for continuous improvement.
  2. You will create compelling marketing campaigns to build trust and visibility among doctors and hospitals, track sales metrics, and achieve adoption targets.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing, pharma, or healthtech.
  2. A strong network or ability to build relationships in the oncology ecosystem.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Comfort with technology and SaaS platforms.
  5. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
