Performance Marketer Role Overview
This pivotal position requires a skilled professional to develop and execute paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive performance and meet business objectives.
We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of driving 3X+ ROAS. If you have successfully scaled startups to $100 million or more in revenue with your strategies, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta to drive performance and meet business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign execution: creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and leverage Meta's targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right people.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, and audiences to improve performance.
- Mandatory Meta Ads Certification
- Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
